medieval times

Medieval Times field trip- the bus ride, the entrance, the dinner show. They gave us vegetable soup, garlic bread, a chicken, half a potato, a rib, a cookie and 2 rounds of (very medieval) Pepsi. The show was pretty well rehearsed, I was a little quiet during it though and at one point felt sorry for all the animals having to perform but they seem to treat them well.

It would be neat to go back sometime but tickets are pretty expensive, I think around $47.50 for adults depending on which "castle".

My first official update since one year ago today. I really forgot how much I enjoyed doing these and hope this isn't too long!

the good life

The Good Life concert at The Drunken Unicorn with opening acts Erie Choir and Zookeeper. The Good Life were really good and the opening acts were great too- it was hard to cut out too much footage. I hope it isn't too long, it gives you a real feel for the concert and their music I hope.

halo 3 release

Went with Brian and my little brother to the release of Halo 3 at the Loganville GameStop.

apple store opening

We went to the Apple Store grand opening at the Mall of Georgia and got there about 8:30 and were some of the first 40 or so in line for the 10:00 opening. We got our free t-shirts! They exchanged my clogged Mighty Mouse no problem, I think I was the first person to exchange a Mighty Mouse!!!

My camera died right after we got into the store, I wish there could have been more in-store footage and footage of the shirts.

This trip actually took place before Chicago (at the beginning of June), I think I tried putting this off because there really wasn't much going on during the trip, all I really saw was the hotel room.. but I tried out a few effects, it actually didn't turn out how I expected (but things never do).

Even though this was only two months ago, I was looking back when I was editing like "I don't remember that!" Ahh... how things slip slip our minds.

chicago

Chicago is a great city, all the people! I really enjoyed riding on the subway, watching everyone get to their destinations. We were gone for a little over a week and I took about 400 small video clips, some of the things included are the Sears Tower, the Chicago subway, a Chicago Fire game, a White Sox game, downtown Chicago, the Apple Store Chicago and many other little stops.

Today before, at and after Bella Cacina restaurant in downtown Monroe (not sure how to spell it). I wasn't sure about going at first but it was great.

end of sophmore year

I'm a little late with this video, school ended on the 25th. It's not really like last year's; but more like a summary of the second half of the school year.
